A number of years ago a song was going around by word of mouth amoung the
AD&D players. I have the words to two of the verses and the chorus. Does
anyone have the other verses? If so, please Email them to me at
[b--r--e] at [iu.net.]

It was the third of August
Out of Amorey
Half a dozen horses
and a wagon full of hay
But there had been a party
Hangovers galore
Our cleric was unconscious
and our knights were saddle sore.

(Chorus)
And there were dragons dragons
Flying over the road
Wyverns all around us
Behind us yellow mold
And there were orcs-es orcs-es
Filling all the wood
They all jumped upon us
'Cause we were lawful good.

We were not discouraged
We were set to fight
But we had drunk two gallons
Of the finest wine last night
Sir Percy was disheveled
Sir Morris much the same
And the elf who traveled with us
Was too drunk to say his name.

(Chorus)
