New Enhancement: Bloodshot +30%

Like Hotshot, this enhancement only works for attack powers. Damage may be
increased by 1d by spending 1 Hit Point. You can't reduce your hit points
below 0 with this enhancement.
This damage is considered internal (organ bruising, hemorraging, etc.) and
so can't be fixed with first aid. All modifiers based on damage taken apply
the round after this power is used as if he was hit for damage. DR does not
apply.

Example: Bloodbath decided to blast Mr. Goody-Twoshoes for everything he is
worth. He spends 10 Hit points to add 10d to his blast. Next round, all skills
are at -10. Bloodbath also has to make a stun roll since his HT is only 15
and 10 is more than half of 15. His DR 20 is worthless to prevent the damage.
