Casting Time: 3 rounds plus Lightning Bolt
Area of Effect: 10'(feet)
Saving Throw: vs. Dragon Breath
Damage: 1d6/level at obtainment (max 10d6)
      This spell is basically a Lightning Bolt of the Ground to Cloud
variety. It bounces around walls if cast underground until it reaches the
outside where it will then shoot up to the sky and then be dispelled.
If cast outdoors this spell would work as an attack to any airborne
creature. Where wizard would make an attack roll to hit target, missing
results in loss of spell.  Damage is 1d6 per level of the caster beginning
at 1st once spell is learned due to the newness of spell. The Material 
Component of this spell is a pinch of -iron dust, regular lightning bolt, a 
vial of vapor (steam).  The spell can go through any form of teleportation, 
and is contained by glass, stone, wood, water, metal. If encountered in a 
dungeon it will be bouncing around from wall to wall until it reaches the
outside.  Damageing the party each time it passes by. It cannot be killed or 
destroyed by weapons of any type, but if it is somehow able to reach the
outside it will disapate naturally into the atmosphere. (It can be dispelled
as if from a 29th level wizard (i.g. Halaster)). Many such bolts can be found
in undermountain trapped in rooms, bottles, chests, or even roaming freely.
The spell may be absorbed by such devices capable of doing so, it can even
hurt the caster that casts it.  There is a 55% chance of hitting any living
creature in its path.
Process: Place vial 10' feet away from caster, place pinch of iron dust 
infront of caster, say magical words, cast bolt into iron. Iron absorbs and
repels the bolt causing it to bounce into vial. Once in vial it stays until
released.
