If you liked SLIDERS or STARGATE you should know that 15 years ago 
Tri-Tac Games FRINGEWORTHY RPG premiered.  FRINGEWORTHY is a game of 
modern day interdimensional exploration using a re-discovered, long lost 
alien artifact, called a "Ring Portal" that allowed an explorer to enter 
an interdimensional space and access the network of portals and pathways 
that lead to alternate Earths, alien worlds, and strange universes with 
physical laws unknown to us.
     Other the years 3 editions have been produced as well as 
supplemental  material in the form of adventure modules, computer 
character generators, maps of the portal system, and explorer 
identification.
     Now a newsletter, INFINITE CROSSROADS,  has premiered tailored 
specifically to the FRINGEWORTHY game but also including general articles 
about designing alternate earths, alien cultures, and technologies based 
on twisted natural laws.  Quarterly releases are planned.  The first 
issue is a double issue and is over 100 pages long.
