I just reviewed the three strongest pieces of evidence for the hemp
movement (in my opinion):

1. The 1942 U.S. Government film "Hemp For Victory" 
           "Long ago,  before these ancient Grecian temples were new
            hemp was already old for the service of mankind.".......
           "For centuries until 1850 ALL THE SHIPS THAT SAILED THE
            WESTERN SEAS were rigged with hempen rope and SAILS.....
            Hemp was indispensible..."

2. Popular Mechanics, February  1938, p.238; "The New Billion Dollar
   Crop" :
           "Hemp..is used to produce more than 5000 textile products
            ranging from rope to FINE LACES...and can be used to
            produce more than 25,000 products,  RANGING FROM DYNAMITE
            TO CELLOPANE."

3. U.S. Department of Agriculture - Bulletin 404;" Hemp Hurds as Paper-
   Making Material" , October 10, 1916:

           "One acre of hemp equals 4.1 acres of trees" to make paper.

These three pieces blatently expose what many want covered up. If you have not yet read or viewed these documents, I urge everyone to do so. Feel free to
e-mail me if you do not know how to get this info.  Most importantly, pass
the information on to the disinformed, misinformed, and uninformed.
Would anyone like to add any other potent documentation to this list?
Only just as or more significant as these three please.

I feel that once the majority of people understand this information, our
days of drilling oil and clear cutting old growth forests are numbered.
