Is this new policy being enforced in Somalia while our troops are still
there or does it only apply to this Country?  While I wouldn't put it past
our Government to forcibly apply our laws and customs to another soverign
nation, I would hope that, at least in some areas, we leave such decisions
to the indigenous peoples.

      Four boxes have kept us free: soap, ballot, jury, and cartridge!
                      Consider the Libertarian option.
