Finally, it works...
This article has been posted to a wide number of newsgroups. If it
doesn't seem to fit in yours, look at the index, I may have posted it
there because information pertinant to the group is present in the
library. If it still doesn't fit, mail me and I'll remove it.
I don't plan on making a huge habit of this (don't worry.)
Anyway, what follows are instructions on how to use the library and
an index of contents.
If the idea of marijuana legalization is new to you, I recommend requesting
the `hemp packet' as an introduction. To do this, reply to this article
(i.e. mail me a message, not followup with a post) and edit the subject
line to read:

You will receive a rather large file on this useful plant and how it
can still save the world...
