You have not provided any evidence that marijuana users are
significantly more impaired than non-users. There have been
numerous studies done that have reported that while ALCOHOL does
significantly impair driving ability, marijuana does not.

Here's a brief excerpt about the latest such study done.

Drivers who use cannabis may be less likely to cause fatal accidents than drug-
free drivers, according to a new study.
The study also found that drivers who use cannabis are no more likely than other
drivers to be killed or seriously injured in road accidents.
The surprising findings are contained in the first epidemiological study on the
involvement of cannabis in road accidents in Australia. It was conducted by the
Victorian Institute of Forensic Pathology and Monash University's Department of
Forensic Medicine, and the results are published in the latest issue of the
university's periodical 'Business Victoria'.
