There's a truly wonderful recent 2d Circuit dissent -- cite available
on request -- that lists a select cross-section of profile attributes
that courts have upheld, such as:

- getting off the plane first
- getting off the plane last
- getting off the plane in the middle

- dressing in expensive clothes
- dressing in grungy clothes
- dressing in nondescript, all-black clothes

- buying a one-way ticket
- buying a round-trip ticket

etc. ad nauseam
