I just found the front page of a 1982 federal medical marijuana bill with
Harkin's name on it as a co-sponsor, so it doesn't matter whether I said it
or not.  Even if I had said that Harkin supports medical marijuana, it's
true (at least it was true in 1982).  I think I've got him in a difficult
spot.  His aide probably had no idea that he co-sponsored such a bill when
she called the instructor.  The instructor is exstatic.  He can't wait to
hear what they say when confronted with the bill.  He's driving over to
where I work tomorrow just to pick up a copy.
