SS Law Case Citation Date: Sat, 19 Feb 94 21:37:40 GMT Just an announcement for those interested: the SJG v. Secret Service case is now written up and published in West's _Federal Supplement_. You can look up the facts of the case yourself - any law library carries West's. The citation is: 816 F.Supp. 432 (W.D.Tex. 1993). A law librarian can find that for you easily. The write-up is about 11 pages long. Also, on Feb. 14, 1994, SJG and co-plaintiffs officially filed their appeal brief on the one count denied: violation of the Wire and Electronic Communications Interception and Interception of Oral Communications Act. And, officially, the government *dropped* their appeal of the two counts SJG and co-plaintiffs won. They are not appealing anything in this case at all. This means that SJG and the co-plaintiffs *should* get the money awarded to them sometime this year - maybe - the wheels of the government grind slowly . . . -- -Steffan O'Sullivan | "It is in the heart that the values lie.
