There is such a list, maintained by Erik J. Heels.  Here's his information on 
how to get a copy:

1.  HOW TO GET THE LEGAL LIST
-----------------------------
1.1.  ANONYMOUS FTP.  The Legal List is available via anonymous FTP
from ftp.midnight.com (Midnight Networks Inc.) in
pub/LegalList/legallist.txt. If you have problems send mail to
[a--m--n] at [midnight.com] or justice![h--e--s] at [nic.unh.edu.]

1.2.  GOPHER.   The Legal List is available via GOPHER from the
University of Southern Maine GOPHER site (University of Maine School
of Law).

1.2.1.  ADDING THE LEGAL LIST TO YOUR GOPHER SITE.  You are
encouraged to add The Legal List to your local GOPHER site.  If you
chose to do so, please include "The Legal List v1.0, sponsored by U.
Maine Law" in the title of the GOPHER document.

1.2.2.  OTHER KNOWN GOPHER SITES.  The Legal List has been posted to
the following GOPHER sites:   malahat.library.uvic.ca, and ecnet.ec.
Do a VERONICA search of "The Legal List" to find other sites.

1.3.  E-MAIL.  If you wish the receive the latest version of The
Legal List via e-mail, send a message to justice!legal-
[m--l] at [nic.unh.edu] with the words "e-mail legal list" either as the
subject of the message or in the body of  the message.  The Legal
List will be e-mailed to you within a week.

1.4.  MAILING LIST.  If you wish to be added to The Legal List
Mailing List, send a message to justice!legal-list-
[r--u--t] at [nic.unh.edu.and] include the following text, without the
quotations, in the body of the message:  "subscribe your-address"
where "your-address" is your domain/MX (preferable) or non-MX
Internet e-mail address.  Updates will be mailed periodically to
this mailing list.  To cancel your subscription to this list, send a
message to justice![legal list request] at [nic.unh.edu], and include the
following text, without the quotations, in the body of the message:
"signoff your-address" where "your-address" is as described above.

1.5.  UPDATES.  Updates, additions, and corrections to The Legal
List should be sent to justice![legal list] at [nic.unh.edu.]
