True ... in fact, this month's (Nov. 93) American Rifleman and
American Hunter magazines have a United Way "Designation Card"
insert. All you have to do is fill in the information:

	Your Name
	Your Daytime Tel. No.
	Your Street Address
	City/State/Zip
	Annual Amount Your are Designating
	Signature and Date

The card already has the NRA's address as the receiving agency:

	The NRA Foundation
	1600 Rhode Island Ave., N.W.
	Washington, DC 200361

A few of the programs that benefit from such a United Way
designation are:

	Eddie Eagle Gun Safety Programs
	Wildlife Conservation
	Recreational Shooting
	Safety Training
	Hunter Firearms Safety & Education
	Law Enforcement Training Programs
	Gun Collecting Seminars
	Women's Safety & Security Programs
	Physically Disabled Shooter Programs

And, as John points out, if you participate in the Combined Federal
Campaign (CFC), you can designate the Firearms Civil Rights Legal
Defense Fund (CFC #1024).
