	Gee, this is a bigger percentage than even the NEJM was claiming.
Of course, it isn't per capita, it's absolute numbers... during a period
of time the population was dropping...

	Interestingly enough, during the same period the U.S. had 
approximately 22-23% drop in homicides, which just about exactly matches the 
Chicago results.
