David Roberti (CA legislator) announced yesterday that he has proposed new
legislation that would make it illegal to sell, import into the state or
possess new magazines that hold more than 15 rounds.

In an interview last night, Roberti said that he'll try & push for passage
of his latest "helpful" legislation to try and stop the senseless killing
such as what happened last week in San Francisco.

Questioned about the ***HUGE*** number of evil magazines already in
California, Roberti commented that those already in existence would be
grandfathered in. A reporter asked him if this wasn't a huge loophole in
the proposed law. Roberti replied "Well, no law is perfect".

Call or write your congresscritter & tell them this bill won't change a
thing as far as criminals are concerned.

As our moderator will correctly point out, follow-ups should carry over to

Thanks.

Gun-owners - DO something! This is another test of our resolve to stand up
for our rights. Don't let Roberti continue to use the bill of rights as
his personal toilet paper.
