Glad to be of service.

This file would make an excellent contribution to the rkba archive, IMHO.

Note that on average, the higher the individual gun rights, the lower the
crime rates in every category except rate. Note also that rape includes
both reported successful rapes and reported attempted rapes: successful
rapes are very rarely to reported. Attempted rapes, especially in those
cases where the intended victim has shot her attacker, are far more likely
to be reported. I've tried to find a break out of rape vs attempted, but
have not been successful. I could have left Rape out, but that didn't seem
too honest.

I haven't done tests for significance -- I'll leave that to the
mathematicians (sp? -- shucks, I caint even be bothered to *spell* it!).

NOTE: rates are in crimes per 100,000 people, unless otherwise
      specified.

Most people seem to think that trampling individual rights is OK if it is
"for the good of society as a whole." However, society is but a large number
of individuals, and how can harming the individual parts better the whole?
