CLIP AND SAVE!
--------------------
DC:

Batman titles crossover in "Contagion." A lethal plague threatens
Gotham.

Hawkman #30 (McGreal & Castillo). Katar's mind is consumed by the
souls of his previous incarnations, which makes him want to kill
Vandal Savage. Well, wouldn't you?

Showcase '96 #3 (Various). Jaime Delano & Wade von Grawbadger have
a Deadman story in this.

Power of SHAZAM! #13 (Ordway & Krause). Cap vs. Junior. It is hinted
very strongly that Mr. Mind is on his way...

Aquaman #18 (PAD & Egeland). For the first time anywhere, the
origin of Dolphin.

Extreme Justice #14 (R. Washington III & Tom Morgan). Booster
Gold returns to his former glory. His new suit resembles his
old one in the way that the Batman Forever costume resembles the
one in the comics.

Legion #78 (Peyer/McCraw & Moder). The Sun-Eater/Fatal Five saga
begins. Note that the "WANTED" omnicom pic does show a female
member, but The Emerald Eye is nowhere to be seen. But we do appear
to have Validus back.

Legionnaires #35 (Stern/McCraw & Moy). Legion HQ is attacked andthe
only ones left to defend it are Tenzil Kem, Hockey Girl, Shvaughn
Erin, and Chuck Taine.

R.E.B.E.L.s '96 #17 (Peyer & Aucoin). Final issue, Vril vs. Lyrl.

Sandman #75 (Gaiman & Vess). Final issue. The sequel to the Midsummer

him.

a private detective follows a serial killer and finds an inhuman,
elemental force.

Batman: Scar of the Bat one shot (Max Collins & Barreto). Trenchcoated
Prohibition-era Batman vs. Al Capone. An Elseworlds, in case you can't
tell.

DRAWN & QUARTERLY:
==================
Underwater #5 (Chester Brown).

EVENT:
======

answered.

Hyena, by Basil's son Monte.

FULL BLEED STUDIOS:
===================
Pitt #10 (Gerber & Keown). Timmy is out of Image and out of control.
Pitt trading cards are coming.

GATES OF HECK:
==============
Narrative Corpse. Like most surrealist games, I'm sure this seemed
like a good idea at the time. art spiegelman collects 69 comix ar-
tistes (including Crumb, Eisner, Bagge, Groening, Hernandez) to
create a story about Sticky the Stick Figure--3 panels at a time.

GLADSTONE:
==========
Donald Duck #37. Valentine's Day special.

Uncle Scrooge #297. The secret origin of the Lucky Dime.

IMAGE:
======
Black Anvil #1 (of 3) (Wein & Gomez). With Stryke Force disbanded,
Percy travels the world in search of fortune & glory.

Black Ops #1 (of 3) (Dan Norton). The oft-rumored Black Razors
miniseries? Not quite. This is about a squad of rogue I.O. agents.
No sign of Ben Santini's team.

Extreme Destroyer is Yet Another Extreme Cross-over (tm). As always
a Prologue/Epilogue format, running through Maximage, Glory, Young-
blood, Knightstrike, Supreme, New Man and New Force (which replace
Newmen, by the way)

Astro City #6 (Busiek & B. Anderson). Samaritan goes on a date with
Winged Victory. Will the world stop having crises so they can share
some quality time?

Mike Grell's Maggie the Cat #1 (Grell & Grell/Snoddy). Former Jon
Sable supporting character and "The original bad girl of comics" gets
her own series. No clue as to whether this ties into Shaman's Tears...

Team 7:Dead Reckoning (Dixon & Jason Johnson) is the final Team 7
miniseries.

StrikeBack! #1 (Peterson/Maguire). The former Bravura mini returns
to the company it was initially pitched to. Reprint of #1 but with
some new art (and unretouching of "The Savage Finster", of course)

Spawn/WildC.A.T.s #1 (of 4) (A. Moore & S. Clark). Present and future
selves of Spawn and the C.A.T.s collide in 1995 and 2015.
"This is like that twilighty show about that zone." --Homer Simpson

21 #1 (of 3)(M. Sylvestri & Tan). A Top Cow SF series (unrelated to
the previous Weapon Zero mini). Robots & teenage misfits fight for
the future of humanity

1963 #1 is "offered again". Is this a sign? IS IT?!!

-Motown Machineworks-
Casual Heroes #1(of 5)(K. McCarthy & Stangeland, cover by Steve
Rude). Meet Saturn Red and The Redeemers--Twentynothing superhero
poseurs. Can they survive their first exposure to *real* danger?

The Crush #2(of 5) (Baron & S. Harris). The Crush vs. the evil
supernatural force known only as...The Squeegee! Yep, that sounds
like a Mike Baron book to me.

TPBs: Prophet, Newmen, Savage Dragon (#1-6)

To be continued...
