Subject: Administrivia - Watch those Gaiman re-posts!

While wading through back e-mail, I came across a request from Neil
Gaiman.  Neil is requesting that he does not want his posting (and until
I can determine otherwise, any posting from Neil) about Mr. Punch
distributed verbatim. Instead, he is giving permission for readers to
paraphrase his Mr. Punch missive.

I'll endeavor in the future to make sure such a warning is attached to
the front of any future notes from Neil.  Ask and it shall be done.
