Fear and Loathing in San Diego: 1998
- Wednesday
- In a small clearing next to the I-5 exit in Mission Beach, bounded by Pine, Maple, and Cypress on three sides and the San Diego Channel and Jogging Path on the other, the Shopping Carts lived in the Shopping Cart Graveyard…
- Thursday
- Arthur, Voniece, and his pal Jerry Stratton take refuge in the air-conditioned San Diego Convention Center.

- Saturday and Sunday

- San Diego Saudade Con
-

-
Rationing is almost never the choice, unless you want to create a subculture that thrives on dealing with the rationing scheme. Rationing is trying to force the same amount of water through a smaller and smaller pipe. It’s going to start leaking and finding ways around the pipe.
