SUGAR-FROSTED CASHEWS 1 cup sugar 1 cup raw unsalted cashews ¼ cup water Mix the sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to 300° over medium heat. Add the cashews; stir occasionally until they turn a very light brown. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir until the syrup turns to sugar. Pour the cashews onto waxed paper immediately.
