RICE FLOUR WAFFLES

            2 cups brown rice flour            2 eggs
            3 tsp baking powder                1-½ cup milk
            1 tbsp brown sugar                 6 tbsp oil

Beat eggs and milk together. Sift the dry ingredients together and add to the egg mix. Blend in the oil.

Pour and bake batter according to your waffle iron’s instructions.
