QUICK BROWNIES 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate dash of salt ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk 1 tsp vanilla 1 cup chopped walnuts Melt the chocolate over hot water. Stir in the condensed milk. Remove from heat. Stir in salt, vanilla, and nuts. Bake in a greased 8” x 8” pan at 375° for 20 minutes. Cut in squares while still warm. Adapted from “Borden’s Eagle Brand: 70 Magic Recipes” (1952).
