PINE NUT SANDWICH SPREAD

         ½ cup cream cheese              ¼ tsp salt
         ½ cup chopped pine nuts         1 tbsp butter
         2 tbsp orange juice             ¼ tsp chopped pimento

Whip ingredients one at a time in the order listed. Chill. Great on crackers or as a sandwich spread with vegetables.
