PET MILK MAYONNAISE

        ¼ tsp salt                     a pinch of cayenne pepper
        ¼ tsp smoked paprika           3 tbsp evaporated milk
        ¼ tsp dry mustard              ½ cup salad oil
        a pinch of black pepper        4 tsp lemon juice

Mix the salt, paprika, mustard, pepper, and cayenne pepper (optional) in a bowl. Whisk in the evaporated milk. Very gradually whisk in the salad oil, beating until smooth each time. Whisk in the lemon juice.
