MOCHA FROSTING

¼ cup butter 2-½ cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder 1-½ tsp vanilla
2 tsp finely ground coffee a few tbsp milk
        dash of salt

Cream together the butter, cocoa, coffee, and salt. Beat in the sugar and vanilla, and enough milk to make it spreadable, about 3 tablespoons.

Makes enough frosting for about three dozen cookies, or two 8-inch cakes.
