MANGO CREAM-KIST PIE

          1-2 mangos, sliced           ¼ tsp nutmeg
          1 unbaked pie shell          ½ tsp vanilla
          ½ cup sugar                  ½ cup heavy cream
          2 tbsp flour                 ¼ cup chopped macadamias
          ⅛ tsp salt                   

Slice enough mango slices to cover the bottom of the crust. Mix together the sugar, flour, salt, nutmeg, vanilla, and cream and pour over the mangos. Sprinkle top with chopped macadamias. Bake at 400° for 40-50 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
