MACADAMIA WHITEFISH

            1 lb whitefish                  1 tsp lemon juice
            ½ cup butter                    1 tsp dry chives
            ½ cup macadamia nuts            dash of nutmeg
            1 tsp onion juice               salt and pepper

Chop the nuts and melt the butter in a saucepan while steaming the fish. Add the nuts and the rest of the ingredients to the butter and simmer gently for a few minutes. When the fish is ready, remove it to a plate and pour the sauce over it.
