GINGER YOGURT LASSI

            2 tbsp ginger candy            1 cup yogurt
            1 tsp lemon juice              1 tbsp brown sugar
            ½ cup water                    2 ice cubes

Grind the ginger candy with the lemon juice and water in a blender. Then, add the yogurt, brown sugar, and ice cubes to the blender and whip to mix. The recipe can easily be increased for multiple servings.
