SNAPPY GARLIC DRESSING ⅔ cup salad oil (4 oz) ¾ tsp salt ¼ cup vinegar (2 oz) ¾ tsp dry mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced ⅛ tsp black pepper, ground 1 tsp sugar In a screw-top jar, combine all ingredients and mix. Cover and chill for several hours. Shake well before serving. Good with salad greens, shredded cabbage, or beans and crunchy vegetables. Use standard white vinegar or rice wine vinegar. Makes 1 cup.
