CELERY SEED DRESSING

           ½ cup sugar                        1 tsp paprika
           ⅓ cup lemon juice                  ½ tsp salt
           1 tsp celery seed                  ¾ cup salad oil
           1 tsp dry mustard powder           

Mix the sugar, lemon juice, spices, and salt. Slowly add the salad oil while beating with an electric or rotary beater.

Makes 1-⅓ cups.
