There are a number of web indexes out there. One of the best is Yahoo. One of the reasons it’s one of the best is that if you can’t find what you want on Yahoo, Yahoo has links to the rest at the bottom of the page. I’d also recommend Alta Vista and DejaNews, if Yahoo doesn’t have what you’re looking for.
