I used US names for the most part, primarily for consistancy. The Powers
of the Moon Rod are basically the same as the Moon Sceptre, so they are
used as the same attack. Notice that Using either weapon 5 phases
in a row will K-O Sailor Moon, and 6 phases would leave her dead. (This
*is* what happened at the end of Sailor Moon and at the end of the
Sailor Moon R movie: the wiped herself out using the attack)
