Mercury is *very* Skill Heavy compared to the other sailors...and most
Champions characters in general. Note that I bought 'Mercury Bubbles' as
only darkness, although it is used as an energy blast as well. The Ice
Storm is a much more effective EB, and duplication of effort seemed silly.
